My doctor is the absolute best, you couldn't ask for a better doctor. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely nice.
Overall, the doctors are very good, just good luck trying to get an appointment to see one ever.
However, the rest of the family practice is a nightmare. Good luck trying to book an appointment because every time you call you get a busy tone. I can't tell you the number of times it's taken me over an hour to get through to them. You gotta time it just perfect or else you'll never get through. You'd think they'd make the necessary accommodations to meet the needs of their clients. Clients should never have to get a busy tone from a doctors office, its 2015 for crying out loud.
I also want to mention that they don't have a fax machine. Yep, don't have a fax machine. NYS has recently made it permissible for doctors offices to fax over controlled substance scripts to pharmacies and my pharmacist knew how long of a drive it was for me and requested that they just fax over the script. But nope, I was told they "don't have the capabilities to send faxes", I find this very hard to believe. What type of doctors office doesn't have a fax machine? Boy, no fax machine, no call forwarding, and 90 minute lunch breaks.

And if you do call make sure you call before 11:30am or after 1pm, (actually make it a few minutes before 11:30 or after 1pm because they go on break well before then). From 11:30am to 1pm they have a lunch break. Yep you heard me right, a 90 minute lunch break. I've never heard of any business giving their employees a 90 minute lunch break. Boy, sure must be nice. You'd think being a doctors office they'd have a second secretary on the clock and they would take shifts so their customers wouldn't have to wait over an hour and a half to make a call. It just baffles me why there isn't anyone there for them during one of the busiest time periods of the day!
