Horrible customer service. I was on hold 20+ minutes with one simple yes or no question. I just drove the 20 minutes to Lowes instead. Not impressed.
I have used this store as my backup plan when I need information and the young clerk at the box store does not know the answer. Prices seem about the same plus it has the small town atmosphere. Try the deli at the grocery store next to Ace----good quick food and great donuts.
A well stocked hardware store with knowledgeable staff. Better than the big box stores as the personal Appeal of an older one on one skill store should have.
Customer service is non-existent. Have been in several times for things that I needed but never bought before but nobody came over to help me on any occasion, and when I approached them for help , the old guy told me to buy anything I may need, and reminded me of the stores closing hours. I like to shop local, but this is the exception. You'll feel like a ghost when shopping here. Just go across the street to tractor supply; they'll acknowledge you
