There is no security any way, shape, or form. It's always hot in there even though there's air conditioning that is always set at 70° even if it's 90° & humid outside. I was sweating one day since it was so warm in the place I opened one of the doors & the owner suddenly shows up & shuts the door claiming that it's plenty cool enough in the place as I was there visablely sweating. I was appalled. The owner is rude & doesn't care. I was sexually harassed by this kid who said he's 34 years old but acts like a teenager that wants nothing but sexual relationships. He was there the last two times I ever went there. I will NEVER go there again. The place & the machines are filthy as can be & the place is & was never clean or cleaned by anyone when I went there to do towels that I wash for someone. There's absolutely no restroom of any kind in the place. So If you end up having to need a restroom, you'll have to drive to one of the stores that's about a mile or so away to be able to get to a restroom. I asked the owner about a restroom & he told me there doesn't need to be a restroom in this place. Since there are stores nearby just down the street. The closest restroom is about a mile or so away. Like I said before I will NEVER come here again. I would not recommend this place to anyone I care about &that I consider a friend. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Laundramat is always open despite business hours listed. Always dirty floors and machines, and more likely than not the washing machines will leave your clothes soaking wet or soapy even when only moderately full. I have never seen an attendant there but the coin bins on the machines are always audibly empty so someone must come in just to collect their money and immediately leave. Also no way to contact them at least most of the time number listed goes straight to an answering machines with no nameor company listed and no option in the directory for the laundrymat. The only option for an after hours emergency help line threatens the caller with punitive costs should the unnamed office decide your issue isnt severe enough.
State of the art machines and clean environment. If you have to do laundry to do this is a good place to go!
The commercial loaders here are absolutely filthy. I just washed a BRAND NEW white blanket that came out with brown spots all over it, which I can only assume is some sort of animal feces based on the amount of hair that it was also covered in.
